The till does not depend on the internet. Here is what keeps working, and what waits, if the ARC OS service stops answering.
What keeps working
The till keeps selling. Sales are saved on the shop computer and upload in order when the service is back. Receipts print as normal.
What waits
The owner's phone view, the AI assistant and WhatsApp messages need the service, so they wait until it answers. Nothing is lost.
