How ARC OS gets onto the shop computer.

We install ARC OS for you, in person. There is nothing to download. Book a call, and we plan the visit with you.

ARC OS runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) or a Mac. A computer with 4 GB of memory is enough.

1. Book a call on this website and tell us about the shop.
2. We visit, install ARC OS on the shop computer and connect the printer, drawer and scanner.
3. We start your 3-day trial with you, or enter your licence key.

Antivirus: some antivirus programs slow ARC OS down or block its local database. If that happens, add an exclusion for the ARC OS folder (C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Programs\ARC OS) and its data folder (C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\ARC OS). ARC OS updates itself: when an update is ready it asks to restart.
