Backups and your own copy.

Your shop's data is kept online by ARC OS. You can have your own copy too:

Settings, Backups (on the shop computer): choose a folder. Every night after 9 pm ARC OS saves a full copy there and keeps the newest 14.

For Google Drive: install Google Drive for desktop and choose its folder; every backup goes to Drive.

Reports, Export downloads everything (or chosen tables and days) at any time.
